Are you a Boxster or a Spyder?

A private client recently wrote the following memo to his team.

I thought you guys were a nice, quick, nimble Porsche Boxster S, which goes 0 to 60 in 4.1 seconds, but I was wrong…

You guys are actually a revved up and responsive PORSCHE 918 SPYDER, going from 0 to 60 in only 2.8 SECONDS! Thanks to everyone for all their hard work! It’s great to have a team like you all!

Wow, what a leader. I have learned that teams who have strong leaders are always the most successful. This team proves that!

Here are their amazing results after just 2 short months of coaching!

How much SRP should your hygienists be doing?

Have you ever wondered just how much Perio Therapy your hygienists should be doing? I talk to dentists all the time that say they KNOW there’s active disease in their patient population but their perio numbers are either very low or they know they should be higher.

In this video, I’ll give you a step-by-step process to determine a conservative goal for a monthly number of SRP quads you can expect based on new patients and existing recare patients.

AND, here’s a link to a worksheet you can use to figure this out with your team. This is a GREAT exercise for your next team meeting. Enjoy!
